Anya began acting in the community theater at a young age and pursued the arts all through her teenage years. The actress Anya Josephine Marie Taylor Joy is an actor. Her accomplishments include numerous awards such as the Golden Globe Award and a Screen Actors Guild Award in addition to nominations for a BAFTA Film Award and a Primetime Emmy Award. Taylor-Joy quit school in order to pursue an acting career at the age of 16. Taylor-Joy was born April 16 1996 on the 16th of April in Miami Florida. Dennis Alan Taylor is a retired banker and Jennifer Marina Joy is a psychologist. The father of her is Argentine who is of Scottish as well as English descendance. Her mother is Spanish-English. Taylor-Joy was born into a clan that included six children. Four are her siblings of the marriage that she had with Taylor's dad. The family moved to Buenos Aires to Victoria, London as Taylor-Joy reached the age of six. Taylor Joy claims that her move was very traumatic. She refused to learn English and was hoping to relocate back to Argentina. Hill House was the new school she was required to attend after switching from Northlands. She later enrolled at Queen's Gate School where she studied ballet and acted in school plays. After dropping out at 16, Taylor-Joy pursued a full-time acting career. Taylor-Joy was a child actress who knew she would become one. She realized her dream after Sarah Doukas, the founder of Storm Management offered her a modeling job.
