Caterina Scorsone is an American-Canadian actress. Caterina gained fame after portraying the character of Dr. Amelia Shepherd on Grey's Anatomy. The same character was played by her in another drama titled Private Practice. Francesca's sister was named Francesca. On the Mr. Dressup programme, she played a child actor. In the well-known film Power Play, she played Michelle Parker. She also had a successful career with the movie Missing in which she was played by Jessmastriani. Alice was the role which she played on the film Alice. In the wake of her achievement, she auditioned for Grey's Anatomy. In this show she appeared as Amelia Shepherd. A recurring character, but she soon made her way to the main cast following her outstanding performance. She has been involved in many projects that have proven successful throughout her career. Her first public appearance as a accomplished actress was on the television series Goosebumps, which aired on the 26th of June in 1996.
