Anita Barone

Barone starred in The Shoes, an episode of the fourth season of Seinfeld as Gail Cunningham, a chef that wanted Elaine Benes' shoes. Early in the 1990s Barone appeared as a regular on Carol & Company alongside Carol Burnett. Barone performed the role of her ex-wife, Carol Willick Ross Geller on the show's first Friends appearance. Jane Sibbett replaced her after she quit to accept a full-time position. She was on The Jeff Foxworthy Show from 1995 to 1996 and The War at Home from 2005 to 2007. In 2000 Barone also co-starred in the sitcom Daddio. Barone's television credits also include Desperate women Curb Your Enthuasm Quantum Leap Empty Nest Chicago Hope Castle Do Not Disturb Ally McBeal Caroline and the City Party of Five The Larry Sanders Show. In 2004, Barone was the recipient of the 2005 Methodfest Best Supporting Actress Award for her role in the feature film One Last Ride. Barone's role as a regular in Shake It Up Disney Channel show Shake It Up was first introduced in the year 2010, three years after The War at Home finished the show's run. Barone played the role of Officer Georgia Jones, the mother of Bella Thorne's CeCe Jones. Barone's husband actor Matthew Glave guest starred in two episodes of Shake It Up as J.J. Jones who is the ex-husband of Barone's character.
